Paul’s expertise and knowledge of musculoskeletal therapy and exercise prescription has made him a leader of Sports Therapy in Australia. He is well known for combining strong evidence-based principles and clinical reasoning to his treatment and exercise prescription. As a Sports Therapist with Exercise Physiology accreditation, Paul specialises in injury rehabilitation, advances progressive overload programming, static and functional postural assessments for corrective manual therapy and exercise prescription.

Paul has over 19 years of clinical experience in professional sport and private practice. He has worked with Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and representative athletes including: Track and Field, Swimming, NFL, CrossFit Games, Special Olympics,  Olympic Weightlifters, Artistic Dancers, International Musicians, Mountain Biking, Combat Sports. He has also held positions as Head Therapist for a 2011 Rugby Union team, Head of Rehabilitation for a GPS Rugby, Head of Rehabilitation for several NPL football teams.

Paul attained his bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy (Hons.) from North London University in 2003. In 2022 Paul attained his 10 years of service award with Exercise and Sports Science Australia. Paul is also passionate about education where has lectured at the University of Queensland and Queensland Athletic Seminar conferences.
